I have no issues with the quality of the work at all—the result was precise, clean, and genuinely professional.
But what made me rate it 3 stars was the scheduling. Unfortunately, due to how busy the company was, the timeline shifted a bit (moved slightly forward/back) and it created some hassle for us.
In my opinion, if someone has a specific plan, they really should book much earlier instead of waiting until the last moment.
